How do I enter the activation certificate for reactivation of my trial period?

This article describes how to enter the activation certificate (unlock code) that enables reactivation of an expired trial period. 

Quick answer: Enter the activation certificate in same field in the license manager, and click on Import Certificate.

[Update, 13 Oct 2017: A new license management system is used as of today which does not allow reactivation of the trial period.]

Reactivate your trial period of Liquid Notes

Liquid Notes comes with a license manager that handles the trial period. To reactivate your trial period, you have to enter the activation certificate we have sent you.
Please proceed as follows to enter the activation certificate:
  1. Open Liquid Notes.
  2. (In Liquid Notes) An error message "Liquid Notes - Licensing Error" will show. There select "Enter license key..." to start the License Manager.

    Note: You can also access the license manager via menu HelpLaunch license manager .. from the top of the menu bar in Liquid Notes.
  3. (In License Manager) Click on "Import Certificate", as shown in the picture hereafter. 

    Click on "Import Certificate"!

  4. (In License Manager) Find the field 'Activation Certificate'. Enter the certificate (or: unlock code) we sent you, and click on 'Import Certificate'.

    The 'Status' field should switch to 'Evaluation mode'.

Click on 'Exit' to complete the process.
