Why do I see more tracks in the Routing Table and in the ReHarmonize Table than in the sequencer?

Last Updated: Dec 03, 2013 04:51PM CET
This article talks about a deviation from the tracks visible between Liquid Notes and the sequencer.

Quick answer: Displaying regions and track allocation may be different between the two applications, and need to be aligned.

Displaying regions and tables in Liquid Notes

The rows in the routing table and the ReHarmonize table in Liquid Notes do not correspond to tracks, but rather to regions. Yet, in most sequencers a track can include more than one region: the notes of these regions are then grouped when saving a MIDI file, while track allocations in MIDI files are not foreseen.

A theoretical solution would be grouping regions of the same name to one track. Try using the function Merge regions which can be found on any sequencer to make sure every track of your arrangement contains only one region.
