What is the difference between Liquid Notes and EZKeys Grand Piano?

Last Updated: Dec 27, 2013 01:34PM CET
This article talks about the differences between EZKeys Grand Piano and Liquid Notes.

Quick answer: Liquid Notes is a songwriting assistant software that analyzes single- and multi-track MIDI arrangements and enables deep modification of those, rather than just one instrument. Read more below.

How Liquid Notes differs from EZKeys Grand Piano

EZKeys Grand Piano (standalone or plugin) allows for the construction of single keyboard instrument tracks in a modular manner. MIDI song blocks, available in a variety of styles and genres, selectable from a library, are dragged and dropped onto a timeline. Further adjustments can be made: e.g. change and transpose chords, additional MIDI performances can be recorded, or 3rd party files can be imported and analyzed automatically. The make-up of chords can be changed and altered as needed.
The resulting performances are then exported as MIDI or audio files, either per drag and drop directly into a DAW or to any destination on a system.

Unlike Liquid Notes, EZKeys doesn’t analyze and adjust multi-track arrangements but works on a single-track basis (keyboards).
